Velocity Academy Partners with Utility Warehouse for IT Apprenticeships

Velocity Academy has partnered with Utility Warehouse to recruit and deliver IT Support apprenticeships. Utility Warehouse have an exciting position available to join their team. This Velocity Academy programme is designed to give you the skills enabling you to provide tactical advice, training and support on core technology applications (both hardware and software) to internal colleagues to enhance and enable the delivery of application-based products and services.

Utility Warehouse is a UK-based company that provides multi-utility services, including gas, electricity, broadband, mobile, and home insurance, to residential and business customers. Operating as a discount club, they offer all these services under a single package, aiming to simplify and save money for their customers. The Role Available

As an End User Support Analyst you’ll work closely with the End User eXperience team leader within the End User IT Support team. You will work in a cross discipline team whose primary focus is ensuring that our employees are able to work without interruption, and you will help to enable those employees to add real value throughout the business.

You’ll learn how to support the end users with new technologies, the ability to multitask across several IT Support channels, through analysis of tickets, and automation work.

The role is full time Mon – Friday and will be located in London (NW9)
