You can sign up to a Velocity Short Course on this page

Short courses delivered through Velocity Academy can be eligible to be financed in different ways. You can use this sign up form if your course is financed via:

• Advanced Learner Loan
• Adult Education Budget (AEB)
• Commercially paid by cash

Advanced Learner Loan Application

You can apply for an Advanced Learner Loan to help with the costs of a course at a college or training provider in England.

Loan eligibility does not depend on your income and there are no credit checks.

Check if you’re eligible before you apply for an Advanced Learner Loan.

Once your Advanced Learner Loan is approved, you will be liable to re-pay your loan back once your course commences. Re-payments begin when you start to earn above the minimum earning threshold found here.

Please note, if you finance your course via and Advanced Learner Loan and then decide to cancel, you will be liable to re-pay for the training received. Completing this application for agrees that you are happy to continue with this clause.

Before you complete the form

To apply using the form below, make sure you have the following documentation on your device to upload:

• ID (such as driving licence, passport or other ID card)
• Copies of your previous qualifications
• National Insurance Number
• Employer details
