Student Success Coach
We are looking for an outgoing individual who enjoys helping others progress their careers. You will be a Student Success Coach for a caseload of students & apprentices across our range of health & fitness, IT and corporate business qualifications.
About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Success Coach to join our Operations Team at Velocity Academy’s Head Office.
In this customer focused role, you will deliver an excellent service to our on-programme students by managing your own learner caseload. This will include maintaining regular contact (predominantly by phone, zoom and email), data retrieval, diary management and the provision of appropriate support throughout their learning journey
This role is crucial in ensuring that all learners receive an exceptional learning experience which adds significant value to their learning, development, and progress
You will be an energetic and enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a customer service role. Knowledge and prior qualifications from the Health & Fitness, IT or corporate business sectors will be beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to multitask. You will also have an excellent telephone manner and will be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Programmes such as Teams, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who is ambitious and driven, but also able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence.
Progression opportunities will be available within the organisation. As part of your role, you will also be enrolled onto a Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship in order to further improve your online customer service and IT skills.
