Business Administration Apprenticeship

Our Client in Normanton, are currently recruting for a Business Admin Apprentice to join their small, happy team.

The office is often extremely busy so the role would suit someone who is organised and methodical, with a good sense of humour and plenty of drive and commitment. Our offices are open plan and modern, and a full COVID-19 risk assessment has been undertaken in line with government guidelines.

Our offices are based in Normanton town centre and are easily accessible by public transport (both train and bus) – we also have a small private car park at the front of the building for staff and visitors, together with canteen facilities.

Skills required:

  • Good standard of English and Maths – GCSE Grade C or equivalent
  • IT literate
  • Organised and methodical
  • Good timekeeping
  • A team player with a good sense of humour, enthusiasm and drive

The role:

Office administration to assist our recruitment staff in filling vacancies and dealing efficiently with all the admin – filing, post, emails, data inputting, posting vacancies on social media and job search sites, making and receiving phone calls to/from workers and Clients, inputting CVs and registering candidates over the phone.

You will need a good telephone manner, an organised, methodical approach to your work, and good IT skills.

We are a small team so the apprentice will assist all other staff members and report to the manager who will monitor performance and assist with training and development

It is hoped that the candidate is looking for a long-term career with ourselves and could progress to Recruitment Consultant or Accounts/Payroll

Office hours – 7.45am to 5.15pm – Monday to Friday
